Service Requester Dashboard

From the Service Requester Dashboard, view details or check the status of a request. This dashboard provides a list of your service requests and work orders, where you can quickly see their status or click on an item to get more information.

Before viewing the dashboard or creating a service request, select your company in the upper right. If you have access to only one company, it will be the default selection, and you won't need to choose.

The Service Request dashboard includes the following:

  • Request / WO#: Each service request automatically generates a work order number.

  • Reason: Provides a description of the work to be performed.

  • Target date: Estimated completion date of the work order.

  • Priority: Indicates the urgency level. For instance, a critical priority might be labeled as High or Critical, while a less urgent task might be marked as Medium or Low.

  • Location / asset: Identifies the asset linked to the work order. If a physical location is associated with this asset, the location displays.

  • Status: Shows the work order status, including:

    • Requested: Not yet issued.

    • Issued: Work in progress.

    • Closed: Work is completed and the order is closed.

    • Canceled: Work was started but then canceled.
