The new Maintenance Connection Service Requester offers a simplified workflow. You can try the new Service Requester and switch back at any time. Data doesn't carry over when you switch between versions.

Create, view, and update maintenance request tracking using Maintenance Connection’s Service Requester. Your group members can log into submit repair requests and track their progress. The Service Requester is accessible to people both inside and outside your organization. Those not associated with your organization can get access through the guest request URL.

The system administrator of your organization is responsible for configuring the Service Requester.
