Attachments
Attachments provide additional context and detail that might be challenging to convey by text alone. Images can provide a accurate description of the problem, reducing the risk of miscommunication. They also serve as proof of the issue being reported and might be useful for future reference.
Add one or more images and document files to your service request. You have the option to upload or delete an attachment prior to the service request's approval. Attach files up to 50 MB in size, with a limit of 10 files maximum. Supported file types: JPG, GIF, PNG, DOC, PDF, and XLS.
After uploading, the attachment becomes part of the service request or work order record.
Upload an image

On the New service request page, click Upload from device.
Upload an attachment from your device's storage. Upload up to 10 files individually or in a batch.

Navigate to the image or document location and upload the attachment.
The image or file uploads and appears in the list.

Continue adding images or files.
The attachments are added to the Service Request.
Delete an image or file

On the Service request page, locate the image or file you want to delete.

Click the trash icon next to the item.

In the confirmation message, click Delete.
