Create work orders from the Asset map

Start a work order directly from the Asset map. Select an asset, and then select Create new work order. The system automatically links the work order to the selected asset.
View and assign work orders in the Asset map

The Asset map uses distinct icons for assigned and unassigned work orders, making assignment status easier to identify at a glance.
Use the Work orders tab in the Asset map to view assignments and assign work orders. Users with the Assign work order access right can assign technicians, set target dates, and enter estimated hours from the map.
View asset documents in the Asset map

When you select an asset in the Asset map, you can now view related documents from the Documents tab in the side panel.
Move work order pins in the Asset map

Drag work order pins to update a work order's location on the Asset map. Place work orders at their exact real-world location without manually entering coordinates.
You need the Edit work order access right to use this feature.
