Follow the steps in this section to download the app and sign in.

To use the app, you must have a device that meets the recommended requirements described in this section.

Download the app

Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.

Search for LX Projects.

Install the LX Projects app on your mobile device.

Open the app.
-
Enter your Application Identifier.
Your System Administrator can provide you with this.

Tap Let's Go.

Tap Continue to login.
The LX PROJECTS screen opens.
Sign in
You must accept the End User License Agreement before you can sign in.

Open the app.
-
Enter the credentials supplied by your Administrator for the authentication method your organization uses:

Username and Password: Enter exactly as specified for your Lucernex user. Username and Password in the mobile app are case sensitive. The Lucernex web sign in page is not case sensitive.

Enter Username if using Single Sign-On (SSO).

Tap LOGIN.
The Dashboard screen opens. The items shown on the dashboard depend on the configuration your organization has chosen.

If a Continue to Projects message is shown, tap Continue, otherwise reselect the LX Projects app on your device.
Sign out

Tap Menu then your user icon.

Tap Logout.
A dialog opens, asking you to confirm your choice.

App menu
You can navigate to a number of screens using the options in the app menu:

Profile icon or photo: Select your photo or profile icon to:

View app information

Edit your profile photo and name

Lists: View status of your lists. Lists automatically refresh based on a predefined refresh interval. Tap Refresh next to a list you want to manually update. You can also view and refresh lists from the List Management section of the Dashboard.

Switch Apps: Sign out of the app and firm so that you can sign in to a different firm.

Reset Application: Clear all the LX Projects app data on your device.

Logout: Logs you out of the Lucernex app, but leaves the current firm selected.

Dashboard: Displays an overview of My Projects and My WorkFlows workbenches that lists refresh status. Lists are refreshed using a predetermined cycle and outdated lists are indicated. If you’re about to go offline for a number of hours or days and want to make sure your lists are up to date, tap Refresh. To view status of all lists on your device, tap View All Lists.

My Projects: Displays your projects as tiles. Select a tile to view the Project screen where you can add documents and tasks to the project.

Search for Projects: Displays a form where you can enter criteria to search for projects.

Saved Project Searches: Lists searches that you have previously saved. Tap an entry to run that search, or tap delete to remove the search from the list.

Project Calendar View: Displays a calendar with your tasks . You can filter the tasks by project.

My Work Flows: Displays your tasks as tiles. You can filter the list so that it shows tasks that are overdue or not overdue.
