Projects

The Projects screen displays your projects as tiles. Each tile includes:

• Project Name

• Project Status

• Region

• Project Type

• Portfolio

• Program

• State

On the Projects screen you can:

• Search: Search for a project

• Sort: Sort the project list by ID, Project Name, and Project Entity Name in ascending or descending order. You can also specify which of those fields to sort first.

• Filter: Filter the list of projects by their Type and State/Province.

Tap a project tile to view its detail on the Project Detail screen where you can:

• View project information including:

  • Additional Project Information

  • Location Group

  • Key Dates

  • Documents attached to the project

  • Tasks you have been assigned

  • Workflows to which you have been assigned tasks

  • Members assigned to the project

• Edit details

• Add attachments

• Add and edit tasks

• Assign and remove members from tasks

• View Work Flows or members associated with the project
