Search
You can search for items by name, address, or associated entity using the Search in the header of Lucernex. However, you can perform an Advanced Search for items with additional criteria.

In the Search box, enter the text you want to search for.

Click Search icon.
A window opens with the search result. You can click a result to display that item.
Advanced search
With the advanced search you can choose the modules to include in your search as well as the Region, State, Market, City, Country, and Postal Code. The Advanced Search searches these fields in the Sites, Projects, Facilities, Locations, Parcels, Contracts, Portfolios, Capital Programs, and Capital Projects that you select:

Name
-
Store Number
-
Street Name
-
City
-
Postal Code
By default, Advanced Search uses a case-insensitive contains search operator.

Click Advanced Search icon
while the search box is empty.

In the Advanced Search window that opens, enter the text you want to search for in the Enter text to search:... box
The Name, Store Number, Street Name, City, and Postal Code fields are searched.
Advanced Search does not support user-supplied search operators such as AND, OR, or NOT.

Select the check boxes of the modules you want to include in your search.

Select the Region, State, Market, City, Country, and Postal Code you want.

Select the Portfolio / Program you want.
Press and hold CTRL on your keyboard to select multiple values.

Click Search.
A window opens with the search result. You can click a result to display that item.

Table Search
If you are working with a large number of items you can quickly find a specific item by searching for items within a table using the Search in the upper-right corner of the table.
