Miscellaneous widgets
This section describes widgets that have unique functionality that does not clearly belong to a distinct category.
Custom HTML
You can add custom content to your Dashboard using the Custom HTML widget.
You can use the News widget to supply information configured by your Administrator such as contacts, links to training materials, new configuration, new functionality, training sessions, and high-impact bugs.

Find the Custom HTML widget.

Click Configure.
The Enter custom HTML window opens.

Select the Free form HTML option.
A text editor opens.

Enter a name for your widget in the Module Title field.

Enter your custom HTML in the free-form text field.
You can also use the text editor tools.

Click Submit.
The window closes. Your custom HTML appears in the widget.
Entity Search
The Entity Search widget is a legacy widget that functions in the same manner as the Search bar in the header. You can perform an Advanced Search with this widget.
FM Workbench
You can use the FM Workbench widget to easily view a wide range of data about your facilities.
Configure Your Workbench
You can save multiple configurations of the FM Workbench widget.

Find the FM Workbench widget.

Choose either the Hide or Show options for the following columns:

Facilities Columns

Service Requests Columns
-
Work Orders Columns
-
Invoices Columns
-

Select whether you want to view New, Open, or Closed items for the following columns:

Service Requests Columns

Work Orders Columns
-
Invoices Columns

To select individual columns to appear in your FM Workbench:

Hover your cursor over the right side of a column.
A drop-down arrow appears.

Click the drop-down arrow.
A menu opens.

Hover your cursor over the Columns option.
A menu opens.

Select the check boxes next to the columns you want in your FM Workbench.

Clear the check boxes next to the columns you do not want in your FM Workbench.

Click Save As button in the Facilities Columns field.
The Save current configuration as dialog box opens.

Enter a name for your configuration in the Configuration Name field.

Select the Make this configuration default? check box if you want this configuration to be your default configuration.

Click Apply.
Your configuration is saved.
