Dashboard

The Dashboard is a home page where you can configure and display many different types of data belonging to your portfolio. By default, the Dashboard is the page that opens when you log in.

To display the dashboard, click Dashboard in the toolbar.

Depending on the configuration chosen by your organization, the System Administrator can configure a default Dashboard for each user class, they can create a default Dashboard for the firm as a whole, or you can customize the Dashboard. Depending on your permissions and the configuration chosen by your organization, you can:

• Add and edit widgets Out of the box drag and drop features that you can add to a dashboard and reports. Information displayed in widgets is not continuously updated. Information is updated every time the Dashboard is opened. You can refresh the data in a widget.

• Add and remove tabs

• Set a default dashboard

• Reset to default dashboard

You can use the popular widgets to help you quickly complete your tasks. Widgets are also available in these areas:

• Charts

• Entities

• Forms

• Miscellaneous

• Portfolios

• Project, prototype, and site

• Reports

• Schedules

• System administrator dashboard

• Work Flow
