Binders

With binders you can merge files into a single PDF for printing and sharing. Your System Administrator can create a binder template to guide you through the steps to create a document.

These file types are supported in binders:

• .bmp

• .doc

• .docx

• .dwf

• .dwg

• .dxf

• .gif

• .htm

• .html

• .jpeg

• .jpg

• .pdf

• .png

• .tif

• .tiff

• .txt

• .vsd

• .vsdx

The options displayed when you create and edit binders depends on the template you select and the options your administrator has set for that template. Your Administrator might have configured binder templates that specify the file types and the number of files you can upload for each file type. Alternatively, they might have created an 'Ad Hoc' binder template where you can upload any supported file type.

To view the Binders page of an entity:

• Navigate to Entity Modules have parent / child and sibling / sibling relationships contain records that are often referred to as entities. > Details > Binders.

  Use the links in the Navigation Pane on the leftmost side of the page.
