Binder Templates

With binders you can merge files into a single PDF for printing and sharing. Your System Administrator can create a binder template to guide you through the steps to create a document.

You can create templates for your binders on the Binder Templates tab and add the specific document content types for a template on the Binder Documents tab.

These file types are supported in binders:

  • .bmp

  • .doc

  • .docx

  • .dwf

  • .dwg

  • .dxf

  • .gif

  • .htm

  • .html

  • .jpeg

  • .jpg

  • .pdf

  • .png

  • .tif

  • .tiff

  • .txt

  • .vsd

  • .vsdx

If no document content types are specified on the Binder Documents tab, the template is an 'Ad Hoc template' that allows the user to add any number of the supported file types to their binder.
