Conditioning

Once the bid close date passes, the submitted bids display on the Conditioning tab, where you compare bids and add comments to line items. Once you complete your review, you enable bid conditioning. This causes the bid and your comments to display on the Bid Submission tab.

Enable bid conditioning

• Select Allow Conditioning for the bid in the Bidder List.

  The bidder is sent an email informing them that the conditioning period has begun.

Disable bid conditioning

• Clear Allow Conditioning for the bid in the Bidder List.

  The bidder is sent an email informing them that the conditioning period has ended.
