Get Links to this Page

Get direct links to pages and export XML data for import into your UAT (TRAIN) environments.

• Click Link in the Actions menu on the rightmost side of the page. The Links to this page window opens.

Entity Links

Depending on what you're viewing, this section displays links to the current entity and page:

• Page URL for current [Entity]: The link for the page you're viewing.

• Page URL for [Entity] '[Name Here]': The direct link to the page of the specific entity that you are currently viewing.

  Use this URL when you want to share a direct link to a page using email.

• Top Menu Item URL for current [Entity]: The direct link to the page you are viewing, which you can use in your top menu.

Export as XML Options

The Export as XML Options section displays when you can export the page information as XML.

1. Enter XML elements you want to include in XML element includes.

2. Enter XML elements you want to exclude in XML element excludes.

3. Select the options you want:

   • Want firm defined fields: Include your user-defined fields.

   • Want referenced records: Include referenced records, such as location data for a contract.

   • Include all records of this type: Include all records of a particular entity type, such as a contract, location, or portfolio.

   • Importing into a different firm / env: Select if the data is to be imported into a different firm or environment.

4. Click Export.

   An Export Status window opens that indicates export progress.

5. Click Save XML File.

6. Using the Save dialog that opens, save the file to your computer.
