Folder Administration

The Folder Administration section of the System Administrator Dashboard allows you to control aspects of your folder trees and documents in Lucernex:

ClosedManage Document Content Codes

To manage your document content codes:

Document content codes are used to classify the type of documents used in your binder templates..

  1. Click Admin in the toolbar in the upper-right corner of the window.

    The System Administrator Dashboard page opens.

  2. Click Document Content Code link in the Folder Administration column.

    The Document Content Code window opens.

  3. Follow the Add a Group procedures to add a new content code.

To manage the file types available for selection in the File Type field:

  1. Click Admin in the toolbar in the upper-right corner of the window.

    The System Administrator Dashboard page opens.

  2. Click Document Type Code link in the Folder Administration column.

    The Document Type Code window opens.

  3. Follow the Add a Group procedures to add a new type code.
