My Options

Configure your Lucernex display options on the My Options page.

  1. Click Tools in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select My Options then select the option you want.

My Links

Add a Page to My Links and in My Links, update those links.

  1. Edit My Links.

  2. Click Update.

To delete a link from the My Links tab, click Delete next to the link.

Change Password

  1. Complete the fields:

    • Old Password: Enter your current password.

    • New Password: Enter your new password.

    • Confirm New Password: Reenter your new password.

  2. Click Update Password.

Edit My Member Details

  1. Click Edit My Member Details in the third column.

  2. Complete these fields:

    • Email: Enter your email address if missing or incorrect.

    • Phone: Enter your phone number if missing or incorrect.

    • Language: Depending on the configuration your organization has chosen, Lucernex may automatically detect the language your computer uses. If you want a different language, select the language you want from this field.

    • Demographics Login: If your organization uses the Intalytics integration, enter your username for Intalytics.

    • Demographics Password: If your organization uses the Intalytics integration, enter your password for Intalytics.

    • Date Format: Select the date format you want. This impacts the way Lucernex recognizes dates entered into fields.

    • Number Format: Select the number format you want.

    • Time Zone: Select your time zone.

  3. Click Update.

E-Signature

If you are an approver on a work flow, your System Administrator may require that you confirm approvals with a Signature PIN. Once you enter your PIN, a signature image is applied to the approval.

  • Do not share your Signature PIN.

  • Your Signature PIN can be alphanumeric and must be more than one character long.

  • Your System Administrator cannot change your Signature PIN.

  • Your signature image must be a .jpg, .gif, or .bmp file.

Create E-Signature and Signature PIN

  1. Click Create E-Signature in the third column.

  2. In the Signing Signature window, complete the fields:

    • Pin

    • Confirm Pin

    • E-Signature: Click Browse to locate and select your signature image in the Upload dialog. The image must be a .jpg, .gif, or .bmp file.

  3. Click Create.

Edit E-Signature and Signature PIN

  1. Depending on the action you want:

    • Click Update Pin.

    • Click Update Signature.

    • Click Update Both.

  2. Make your changes.

  3. If you change your signature image, Confirm Pin.

  4. Click Update.

Notifications

By default each notification displays in the Receive column of the table associated with its type:

  • Email Notification

  • My Alerts Notification: Configure the notifications you receive on the Dashboard.

  • Calendar Notification

Receive or block notifications

  1. Select the notifications you want to change.

  2. Click > > to move selected notifications from Receive to Block or click < < to move blocked notifications from Block to Receive.

  3. Click Update.
