Timesheet auto-creation
For assigned technicians, Accruent Field automatically creates timesheets between midnight and 1:00 AM for each scheduled workday.
Deactivate templates
Deactivate the template to stop automatically creating timesheets. Deactivating a template does not affect existing timesheets. The system does not delete previously generated timesheets.
- Go to Timesheets > Settings > Templates.
- In the grid, select the template.
- In Bulk Actions, select Deactivate.
The template status changes to Deactivated.
To reactivate the template and resume automatic timesheet creation, select Activate in the side panel.
