Editing reservation‑level details that don’t affect booking‑level fields, such as the reservation source or a URL, no longer triggers updates to Outlook. These changes are now recorded in the History and Properties tabs, preserving reservation accuracy without generating new calendar invitations. Outlook updates continue to occur only for booking‑level changes.

Automated reports now send reliably throughout the month, regardless of date format. The system no longer uses the GetUSDateTime function, preventing the date‑parsing errors that occurred after the 12th.

The Dashboard now loads within an optimal performance range, typically in under 5 seconds, even with large data sets. This improvement eliminates delays caused by course updates and removes the need for workarounds such as unpublishing terms.

The EMS database now blocks duplicate mailboxes to prevent unnecessary data growth. When you add an Exchange mailbox to a room configuration, the system checks for duplicates and notifies you if one exists. Duplicate addresses aren't saved.

The Reviewed Date column on the Dashboard now shows timestamps in your local time zone instead of UTC. When you mark a notification as reviewed, the timestamp correctly reflects your local time for accurate administration and tracking.

You can now upload SVG files as floor plan diagrams without causing the Desktop Client to stop responding. The system enforces limits on path length, number of points, and file size. If a file exceeds these limits, an error message provides guidance on how to optimize it.

Room features in the Room Details window now appear with improved contrast in dark mode. Features display on a gray background with white text for better readability.

Desktop Client now correctly accepts valid login credentials, resolving issues where users saw invalid‑login errors despite entering correct information.

TheVisitor Check In window now displays the correct Check In Time based on the local building time. This fix removes the incorrect GMT offset adjustment that previously altered the check‑in time.

When you select Use Package Item Prices and add a resource package to a reservation, only the package price is applied. Individual items correctly display a price of $0. To apply package pricing across the reservation, select Update Pricing. Invoices now consistently reflect the correct package price.

Mark bookings as Internal to exclude them from reservation confirmations and invoices. Internal bookings remain visible in the EMS UI for internal management. Only non‑internal bookings appear in external communications.

Updates to Exchange‑enabled process templates no longer affect other bookings. Assign unique event names where needed (such as one for a breakout room) while leaving others unchanged.

Adding a new building no longer changes audit dates or audit users on Everyday User Process Templates. The Audit tab continues to display original audit details, preserving data integrity.

Bookings with the Internal event type are now excluded from printed confirmations and generated invoices. This change ensures only public‑facing events appear in external documents while internal events remain available for setup and operational use.

Desktop Client now efficiently assigns large numbers of templates to everyday users. Previously, assigning more than 100 templates at once could cause login errors in the Web App. This update optimizes the assignment process to prevent errors and delays, ensuring smooth login and template access.

The floor map indicator now appears immediately when you open a room from List View. Selecting the floor map icon opens the correct map, highlights the selected room, and displays the reserve prompt and indicator icon right away.

The Web App now consistently displays the customized label for the second phone number field in the 2nd Contact section. When you set the Default Phone 2 Label to a custom value in the Desktop Client, that label now appears on the Reservation Details page in the Web App. This update resolves previous mismatches between configuration and what users see.

The system now accurately supports continuous 24/5 building hours. With building hours set from Sunday at 11 AM through Friday at 10 PM, reservations that cross midnight no longer trigger a Request Violates Building Hours error. Schedule View correctly shows the building as open all day on Monday and Tuesday.

The Web App navigation bar now meets accessibility and HTML compliance standards in regards to ARIA roles nested tags. These improvements enhance compatibility with screen readers and improve overall accessibility.

Special dates now appear in Schedule View without requiring horizontal scrolling to the 12:00 AM time slot. When you create a special date and set it to Display to Everyday Users, its text is visible immediately during booking.

During the reservation process, selecting a customer now displays all linked contacts as checked. You can add existing contacts to a reservation without removing contacts already associated with it. This update improves data accuracy and prevents accidental removals.

The Platform API now supports updating a room’s code to match the code of a room in another building without causing conflicts and returns a message confirming valid operation. To maintain data integrity, the API prevents duplicate room codes within the same building. If you attempt to create a duplicate, the API returns a clear error message. These improvements ensure consistent error handling and reliable room lifecycle management.

Selecting Check Sync Mailboxes under the Logs tab in the Jobs section no longer displays an error message. You can now verify mailbox synchronization between EMS and Exchange without interruptions.
