Add an Image to a Resource

Images associated with resources display only in EMS Web App.

Supported image formats are .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .wmf, and .png.

1. Select Configuration > Resources, then open the resource you want to add an image to.

2. Select the Images tab, then select New.
3. Select an image file, then select Open.
4. Optional: Enter a value in Web Long Description for accessibility purposes.
5. Select OK.

6. Configure any additional resource options.

   • Production items
   • Exclude rooms
   • Create a package
