Exclude Rooms for a Resource

Use room exclusions to prevent a resource from being reserved for specific rooms.

1. Select Configuration > Resources, then open the resource from which you want to exclude rooms.

2. Select the Excluded Rooms tab.
3. Select search criteria by Building and/or Room Type

4. Select one or more rooms from the Available list.

   Use Ctrl-click to select multiple rooms.

5. Select the move button (>) to move the rooms to the Selected list.
6. Select OK.
7. Configure any additional resource options.
