Users

Add users to Accruent Space Intelligence to provide them access. Once added, assign additional permission to them within security groups.

To view user configuration options, go to Configure > Users.

The Users page includes the following:

• Search: Type in at least 3 characters to find an existing user.

• Create user: Create a new user.

• Firstand Last name: The name of the user.

• Email: The user's email.

• Pagination: Use the left or right arrows at the bottom of the grid to navigate through pages or select a specific page number. To adjust the number of entries displayed per page, click 25 per page and select a higher or lower number to show (10, 25, 50, or 100).

Add users

Adding users grants them access to Accruent Space Intelligence. You have the option to assign additional permissions within security groups.

New users must have an email that matches their organization's domain. Otherwise, they may not gain access to the system.

1. Go to Configure > Users.

2. Click Create user.

3. Enter the user name and email, then click Create.

Update or delete users

Only users with the necessary permissions can update user information. Others, including the user, cannot make changes.

1. Go to Configure> Users.

2. In Users, click a name in the list.

3. In Update user, do one of the following:

   • To update the user, enter the new information and click Update.

   • To delete the user, click Delete. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete.
