Copy records functionality added to more modules
TMSPROV-28688
Duplicate existing records to create new ones faster without re-entering all the details. This feature helps reduce manual data entry and maintain consistency across the following modules:
View status change history for work orders and assets
TMSPROV-30096
View status change history for work orders and assets to improve accountability and transparency for status updates.
Select the info 
icon next to the Status field to open the new Status change history dialog. For work orders, the dialog shows the date a status change occurred and who made the change. For assets, it also shows the reason for the change.

The system now converts 2-digit year entries to 4-digit years in date fields. For example, if you enter 020226, then leave the field, it becomes 02/02/2026. This enhancement matches TMS Classic behavior and applies to all modules. |

The Saved queries list now accurately reflects the favorite status, allowing you to filter and access frequently-used queries efficiently. Add and removing favorites also functions correctly at all times and displays a success notification when you do so. |

When the Prompt to create a work order after creating or duplicating an asset option is enabled in TMS Classic under Setup > Assets > Options, Accruent TMS now correctly prompts you to create a work order when you create a new asset. |

Schedules |
In the Add procedure dialog, the Procedure number field now lets you search and select procedures using the standard lookup. You can choose one or more procedures, and each procedure’s Estimate hours defaults to the value on its record. The dialog label also now displays correctly as Add procedure for clarity. |
