Copy Resources

Duplicate an existing resource to quickly create a new one without re-entering all the details.

1. Open the resource you want to copy.

2. In the Actions list, select Copy resource.

3. Enter a unique New resource number and the resource's First and Last name.

4. In the Copy resource modal, enter a unique resource number, first name, and last name.

5. Choose whether to Copy asset contact assignments to the new resource.

6. Select Copy.

   The new resource opens. You can add details as needed.
