Sign On

Sign on to Accruent TMS using your Single Sign-On (SSO) account credentials. Administrators must configure the classic TMS application for SSO before you can sign in to Accruent TMS. You can also use your native credentials to log in to classic TMS. We support both native credentials in classic TMS and SSO credentials for Accruent TMS at the same time.

Sign in using Single Sign-on (SSO)

Single sign-on (SSO) allows users to securely authenticate multiple applications and websites using only one set of credentials. A single sign-on solution simplifies your username and password management.

For example, when you log in to one Accruent product, you automatically gain authentication to other Accruent products you have access to.

1. If SSO is enabled for your account, click Sign In with SSO.

2. Enter or select your company domain.

3. If prompted, enter the credentials you use to sign on to your organization. If you are already signed on, you might not be prompted for credentials.

4. After you sign on, if you have access to multiple Accruent products, click Accruent TMS.

   The Accruent TMS Dashboard opens.
