Quick Search Customers

If you have the customer number, you can access and update the customer's details. 

Customer numbers are unique, regardless of segment.

If an administrator added custom fields to forms in Classic TMS, they display in the module when you create or update the record.

  1. Go to Customers > Quick Search.

  2. In Customer number, enter the customer number you want to view, then press Enter.

    The update page displays.

  3. Make changes.

  4. Click Update.
