Create Property
The Create Property page allows you to define a physical location where work is performed. A property must be specified when creating service requests and preventative maintenance work orders.
Although many properties are loaded by a super administrator during the initial system configuration, additional properties can be added, individually, on an ongoing basis. Your security rights determine if you can create a property. If you do not have the required security rights, contact your system administrator.
Once a property is created, a system administrator must grant users access to the property either by associating the property to a region users have access to or by granting users security rights to the property.
