Summary

The Summary tab in the Mobile Work Order Summary page provides an overview of the work order and tools for managing it. Check the work order status to understand its current state, and use the Select Action menu to cancel, complete, link, or perform other actions.

Workflow

Options in this section depend on the status and priority of the work order and might include:

  • Technician detail: See the assigned technician or add a new one by clicking Add technician.

  • Parts detail: Check the parts associated with the work order to track materials needed for the task. Edit, add, or order new parts.

  • Travel time: Track travel time and mileage to monitor costs.

  • PPM asset details: View scheduled maintenance asset details, such as operational status, asset condition, asset type, and more. Manually indicate PPM assets or scan their barcode.

  • PPM activity detail: Review scheduled activities, required tasks, and estimated completion time.

  • Work permit detail: Access information about work permits, including risk, validity period, and others. Permits are essential for high-risk activities, such as working at heights, handling hazardous materials, or conducting electrical repairs.

Information

This section displays general work order details:

  • Work order detail: View the problem type, asset location details, priority, SLA dates, creator, and more to gain an overview of the work order.

  • Asset detail: Review information about the assets being serviced, including category, manufacturer, model, location, and others. You can update or add assets.

  • Site detail: Find details about the site where the work order is taking place, including description, address, and contact information.

  • Provider detail: Access information about the work order provider, such as location and contact details.

  • Work order tags: View, add, or remove tags to categorize the work order by type and reason.

  • Cost detail: Review the Not to Exceed (NTE) amounts and approval values to ensure the work order is within cost limits.
