Links
The Links tab in the Mobile Work Order Summary page lists all work orders linked to the current one, helping you efficiently organize related tasks. You can also create a linked work order, submit a work request, or link to an existing work order.
Links includes these columns:

Work order #: Unique identifier of the linked work order.

Status: Current status of the linked work order, such as Assigned, Pend., EOL, and others.

Date opened: When the linked work order was created.

Reason: Reason why the work order is linked, such as a follow-up or site-related event.

Provider: Service provider responsible for the work order.

Linked by: The person who connected the work order to the current one.

Type: Category of the linked work order.

Asset tag: Categorization of the asset associated with the linked work order.

Priority: Urgency of the linked work order for effective scheduling.

Fix due date: Deadline for completing the linked work order.

Fix overdue: Whether the linked work order has exceeded its due date.
Create linked work order
Create a work order linked to the current one to consolidate related tasks for easier tracking and management.

On the Links tab, tap Create linked work order.

Complete the information in the Create work order page.

Tap Save.
Create work request
Submit a request for additional work 's needed for the work order, such as scheduling extra services or addressing unexpected issues.

On the Links tab, tap Create work request.

Complete the information in the Create work request page.

Tap Save.
Link to existing work order
Connect the current work order to an already existing one for unified task management.

On the Links tab, tap Link to existing work order.

- WO linking method: Choose whether to link to the current work order or all selected work orders.

Link reason: Select the reason for linking.

Filter by subcontractor: Narrow down the search by subcontractor.

Select one or more work orders.

Tap Submit.
