History

The History tab in the Mobile Work Order Summary page provides a record of all events linked to the work order, helping you track its progress and understand changes. The details include:

  • Event: Actions that happened with the work order, such as when it was created, dispatched, and assigned.

  • Timestamp: Date and time when the event occurred.

  • Performed by: The individual responsible for the event.

  • Comments: Notes added by the person who performed the event, providing further information.
