Edit Work Order Script Responses
Work order scripts display as questions to help you enter specific information. Administrators configure work order scripts. Questions display depending on its problem type, asset category, site, or other criteria. For example, for a refrigeration problem type, a question like "If there is water on the ground, have you put up a sign?" ensures proper safety protocols are followed.

In Mobile, navigate to Service > All Work Orders.

Tap Filter.

Search for the work order using the filters and tap Search.

Tap the work order.

In the Select action menu, tap Edit work order script responses.

Edit the responses for the fields that display.

Tap Save.
