Mobile Flagged Condition Detail

View key information about flagged conditions, including their status, associated alarms, and estimated impact. Use this tab to track and manage flagged conditions effectively.

On Mobile, navigate to ServiceFlagged Conditions and tap a flagged condition.

Issue status

You can view, update, or close the flagged condition status as needed.

Sections

Some of these sections might not appear depending on the flagged condition.

  • Flagged condition details: Displays essential information, including issue number, description, site, controller, and status. Use this section to quickly assess the severity and context of the issue.
  • Estimated impact: Highlights potential effects, including monetary loss, sales and trading impact, productivity hours lost, compliance issues, customer impact, and energy usage. Use this section to prioritize actions based on the level of impact.

  • Work order detail: View detailed work order information, including status, site, priority, categories, SLAs, and more.

  • Events: Provides a record of actions taken in response to the flagged condition, helping you track issue resolution progress. It includes the event, timestamp, the user responsible for the action, and additional notes. Select flagged condition or work order events in Event type.

  • Alarm criteria: Lists alarm details, such as type, reason, status, date occurred, and trigger. Review this information to determine why the condition was flagged and whether it aligns with previous patterns.

  • Sensor data: Displays telemetry data such as alarm type, reason, status, date, controller name, relevant rule, and more.

Actions

Depending on the flagged condition, you might need to take the following actions:

  • Connect to device: Access the device remotely for further investigation.

  • Add picture: Attach an image for documentation. The image attaches to the Documents tab.
