Park Estimates in Mobile
Park an estimate to temporarily remove it from active review while keeping its details accessible for later. This helps manage workload by setting aside estimates that aren't immediately actionable, such as those awaiting approvals or additional information. By parking an estimate, you ensure that it doesn't progress further in the review process until it's ready to be addressed.
Estimates where work has already started can't be parked.

Navigate to Approvals > Estimates.

Tap a work order.

Tap Estimate review.

In Review action, select Park estimate.
If work has already started for the work order, a warning message appears, preventing the estimate from being parked.

In Park estimate time period (\hs), enter the duration.

Enter comments.

Tap Save.
To view parked estimates, navigate to Service > Quotes > Parked.
