Quick Create Work Orders
Create a work order with a single click on a tile in Mobile. This speeds up work order logging in fast-paced environments and ensures consistent logging of similar work.
Configuration
A system admin can configure the tile by setting default values for the work order fields.

Go to Admin > Quick create work orders.

Click New.

On Quick create work orders detail, complete the fields:

Name: The name for the quick-create work order. It's the same that appears on the Mobile Dashboard tile.

Description: A brief description to help identify the work order.

Status: Choose the default status as Active or Inactive.

Upload document required: Specify if a document is necessary to complete work order creation.

Use work order scripts: Choose whether to display relevant work order script fields on the form.

Assigned provider: Decide if a service provider should be specified or if the preferred provider auto-populates based on the work order values.

Fill in the values on Create work order form values. The field types include:

Default: Pre-populates the selected value.

Locked: Prevents changes by setting the field value permanently.

Empty: The field is empty and requires input before creating the work order.

Click + in the Available for roles section to add associate roles to the client.

Click Save.
Add a quick-create tile in Mobile

Click + on the upper menu of the Mobile Dashboard.

Click Action.
-
In the Action type section, under Action, select Quick create work order.

Choose an active quick-create work order option from the list.

Click Submit.
