Dynamic Work Order Prioritization
Who: Facility Mangers need to ensure that they are spending their budget in the most effective way possible by treating only the most important Sites, Assets, and Problems as an emergency. Additionally, users employ the business rules engine embedded in this feature in order to group similar issues together.
What: A new rule builder, which allows customers to set up rules in order to determine priorities.
Example:
Priority = Critical/Emergency
Rule:
Site Attribute Value = High Revenue Site
Category = Refrigeration
Problem Type = No longer cooling
Explanation: The rule above is expressing that any Refrigeration Work Order associated to a site with the Site Attribute Value of High Revenue Site, where the Problem type is No Longer Cooling, would automatically get a priority of Critical/Emergency. Creating this type of rule would ensure that Refrigeration Work Orders at high revenue/high traffic sites take precedence because they have the greatest impact on the customer experience and bottom line.
