Provider Associations Viewer
View and manage the associations of providers across all stores and categories. This tab enables you to track which providers link to specific assets and problem types, facilitating better decision-making and oversight.

Go to Admin > Provider Associations Viewer.

View the following:

Site name: Identifies the site the provider associates with.

Site description: Provides context about the site.

Organization: Specifies the organization associated with the site.

Category and Subcategory: Indicates the classification of the assets involved.

Problem type: Lists the types of problems associated with the provider, like Air conditioning problem or Broken.

Asset type: Details the specific types of assets linked to the provider.

Provider: Names the provider associated with the site and assets.

Association: Describes the nature of the association with the provider, such as Preferred, Non-preferred, or Asset view only.

Import data
Manage multiple provider associations at once by importing data using a template. This feature simplifies the process, enabling you to add, remove, or update associations.

Click Import data.

On the Import data section, select one of the following:

Import preferred provider association: Add new preferred provider associations.

Add/remove provider association: Modify existing associations by adding new providers or removing current ones.

Replace provider association: Update existing associations with new provider information.

Download the template and complete it.

Click Choose file.

Select the file from your device and click Open.

Click Import.

Review the data validation results. If correct, click Insert.
Export data
Export your preferred associations for convenient access and easy sharing or analysis of information by clicking Export preferred. The download process initiates, saving the file on your local device.
