PPM URLs

Add URLs to a PPM to provide quick access to essential resources in the PPM URLs tab in PPM Builder. Using URLs ensures that necessary instructions and documentation are available during maintenance. URLs can include but aren't limited to:

• Training videos on maintenance procedures.

• Inspection forms.

• Walkthrough guides.

• Operational manuals.

• External document storage links.

• Hazard information, such as asbestos records.

Prerequisite

You must first create URLs in Admin > PPM URLs.

Add URLs

Provide quick access to essential resources. For example, you can link to an operational manual or a safety guideline for easy reference during maintenance.

1. On the PPM URLs tab, click Add Urls.

2. Select one or more URLs.

3. Click Select Urls.

Remove URLS

If you don't need certain URLs, remove them to keep the list relevant.

1. On the PPM URLs tab, select the URLs to remove.

2. Click Remove Urls.
