Mobile Dashboard Admin

View all site and client dashboards configured for your instance of Verisae Mobile and determine which users have access to them.

Copy tiles for other users to view

You can share dashboard tiles with other users by making copies of tiles and assigning them to users.

1. Go to Admin.

2. Under Mobile, click Mobile Dashboard Admin.

   Mobile Dashboard Admin opens.

3. On the Tiles tab, filter the list or search for the tiles you want to copy.

4. Select the tiles you want to copy and click Copy.

   Users opens.

5. Do one of the following:

   • To add one or a few users, click the plus sign on the left side of the table.

   • To add users in bulk, click Import, follow Import tool instructions, and skip to step 9.

6. In Select users, filter the list or search for the users you want to add.

7. Select the users you want to add.

8. Click Save.

9. On the Users page, click Ok.

   Selected users now have access to the copied tiles.

Delete dashboard tiles

1. Go to Admin.

2. Under Mobile, click Mobile Dashboard Admin.

3. On the Tiles tab, filter the list or search for the tiles you want to delete.

4. Select the tiles you want to delete.

5. Click Delete.

   Tiles are deleted immediately.
