ServiceChannel Integration Configuration
Accruent Professional Services manages the integration setup for you to ensure location, asset, and sensor data are properly mapped between Accruent Observe and ServiceChannel.
Contact your customer support representative or your professional services manager to configure the integration.
To begin integration setup, configure flagged condition rules to trigger external work orders, and then proceed to the following configurations.
Turn on external work orders
Enable work order and asset integration between Verisae and Service Channel.

Go to Admin.

Under Work order, click EAM work order life cycle settings.
Work order life cycle opens.

On Use external work orders, select Yes.

Click Save.
Configure ServiceChannel as external system
After turning on external work orders, you can configure ServiceChannel as the application to create external work orders in.

Go to Admin.

Under Work order, click External work order settings.
External work order management settings opens.

Click New.
External work order setting detail opens.

On the System detail tab, do the following:

On External system, select Service Channel.

On Send work order updates, select Yes.

Click Save.
Verisae and ServiceChannel are now synced.
Send asset updates to ServiceChannel
You can configure the ServiceChannel integration so that asset data syncs bidirectionally, allowing any asset updates in either application to reflect in the other in real time.

Go to Admin.

Under Work order, click External work order settings.

Click New.
-
On Send asset updates, select Yes.

Click Save.
