Define how you want to receive notifications when a flagged condition generates. You can choose one or more notification options.

Navigate to Flagged System Condition Rules and click a current rule. In the Actions tab, you can:

Send email notification

  1. Select Send email notification to specific recipient(s).

  2. List the email addresses.

  3. Add comments to include in the email.

  4. Click Save.

Include bureau evaluation

The bureau first evaluates the flagged condition, and it can close, inhibit, forward to a site or another bureau for further evaluation, or create a work order. You can also enable a second bureau evaluation after a flagged condition has been reviewed.

  1. Select Include first bureau evaluation.

  2. Select Include second bureau evaluation, if applicable.

  3. Click Save.

Call site

Make an automated call to sites triggered by this rule using text-to-speech or a pre-recorded message.

  1. Select Make automated call to sites triggering this rule.

  2. Choose an option:

    • Use pre-recorded: Attach a pre-recorded audio file.

    • Use text to speech: Write a message for the system to read aloud.

  3. Click Save.

Send text message

Send an SMS message to the site triggered by this rule.

  1. Select Send SMS to the site triggering this issue.

  2. Write the text message.

  3. Click Save.

Create automated work order

Automatically generate a work order at the end of the flagged condition lifecycle.

  1. Select Create work order.

  2. Optional settings:

    • Send an email notification to the trigger sites regarding the creation of a work order: Include a comment to the email.

    • Override SLA associated to the work order for the defined rule: Specify the Service Level Agreement (SLA), which defines the accept, response, and resolution hours for the rule.

    • Duplicate work order check: Check for duplicate work orders. If found, the flagged condition links to the existing work order instead of creating a new one.

  3. Click Save.
