Alarm Criteria

View or add case alarms that trigger flagged conditions. Configure telemetry parameters to define the waiting period in minutes after a flagged condition is created to ensure alarm relevance.

To have case alarms appear in the list, you need to configure them in Alarm Definitions.

Add alarm criteria

  1. Navigate to Flagged System Condition Rules and click a current rule.

  2. On the Alarm criteria tab, click +.

  3. Choose an alarm criteria from the list.

  4. In the Telemetry parameters section, specify the number of minutes to wait after the flagged condition is created.

  5. Click Save.

Repeat this process to add multiple alarm criteria.

Remove alarm criteria

  1. On the Alarm criteria tab, click -.

    The criteria is removed.
