Flagged Condition Overview
Flagged Condition Overview provides a high-level summary of up to 2000 flagged conditions in your system. Sort the list based on filters, such as organization, rule type, and date range.
The overview focuses on metrics like work order creation rates, costs, and the most frequent faults or actions, helping you analyze the overall impact of flagged conditions on your operations. For detailed, real-time data on individual flagged conditions, including specific events, work order statuses, and system components, refer to Flagged system conditions.
Filters
On the upper-right corner, filter flagged conditions by:

Organization: Select the filter of the organization you want to view.

Rule type: Choose one of the options:

Reactive: Rules that respond to existing issues.

Preventive: Rules designed to avoid future problems.

Planned: Pre-defined scheduled actions.

Flagged condition overview smart table
The smart table displays the following:

Flagged system condition rule name: The name of the rule that triggered the flagged condition.

Days rule is active: Number of days the rule has been active.

Number of flagged conditions: Total count of flagged conditions that this rule generates.

Percentage that led to work order creation: Percentage of flagged conditions that resulted in work orders being created.

Number of work orders created: Total number of work orders generated from flagged conditions triggered by this rule.

Percent of work orders completed: Percentage of work orders generated from flagged conditions that have been completed.

Number of work orders completed: Total work orders successfully completed as a result of flagged conditions.

Percent of work orders canceled: Percentage of canceled work orders.

Number of work orders canceled: Total number of canceled work orders.

Bureau management: Indicates whether the Bureau, a specialized team that handles issues within the system, oversees flagged condition.

Percent of issues that were canceled within Bureau: Percentage of issues canceled under Bureau management.

Number of issues that were canceled within Bureau: Total number of issues canceled under Bureau management.

Average cost per work order: Average cost incurred for each work order.

Top 3 most indicated faults with counts: Top 3 most frequently flagged faults, with their occurrence counts.
