Reference Documents

The Vendor Reference Documents page displays results of the search you define in the Smart Table.

The Vendor Reference Documents page allows you to sort and filter based on the following column categories:

• File Name (you may click the red up-pointing arrow to open a new window or the green down-pointing arrow to download a file).
• Subject Description
• File Type
• File Size
• Uploaded By
• Date Uploaded
• Modified By
• Date Modified

All columns are sortable.

The resulting item list may be exported as an Excel Document, Tab delimited, or Comma delimited.

To add a new document, click New.
