Refrigerant Tracking Admin: Refrigerant Owned

The purpose of this report is to know what refrigerant you own and where it is located. Knowing your different refrigerant types can help in your analysis and planning.

Create a new report

  1. Go to Reports > Refrigerant Tracking Admin > Report, on which the default report page will be loaded
  2. Click on 'New' button, and the system will reload the available parameters
  3. Select the available choosers on 'Report' page as described in 'Report Choosers' section
  4. Once the user has filled in the fields, there are two options for the user to run the report or save it:
    1. Select the 'Generate Report' button, and the report output will be displayed on the right block in a graph format and the report name will be automatically saved as 'Last Report Run' in the 'Saved Reports' block
    2. Select the 'Save As' button to save the report as a different name, and the 'Save Report' popup will appear; enter the report name and description and select the 'Save' button
  5. The 'Report' page will be reloaded with the report name listed in the 'Saved Report' block
  6. In addition, the user is allowed to set a default report by selecting the 'Make this report default' button; this report will be generated automatically when the user accesses the Report page (Screenshot 1)

Modify the existing report

  1. Go to Reports > Refrigerant Tracking Admin > Report.
  2. Select the existing report, 'Refrigerant Owned'
  3. Select the 'Edit' button, and the report page will reload and present the following values available for editing:
    1. Maintain Main Criteria as 'Refrigerant Inventory'
    2. Change Value Condition from 'Total refrigerant owned' to 'Refrigerant in inventory only,' and when this is selected a new field will be populated 'Both New and Reclaimed Refrigerants'
    3. On 'Both New and Reclaimed Refrigerants,' select 'Reclaimed Refrigerant Only'
    4. Change 'All Refrigerant Types,' if required
    5. Change 'All Sites,' if required
  4. Once the user has completed the modifications, there are three options for the user to update new parameters or run a report:
    1. Select the 'Generate Report' button to run the report output as defined parameters
    2. Select the 'Save Changes to Report' button to save the changes to the existing report name
    3. Select the 'Save As' button to save as a new report name

Delete the existing report

  1. All created reports are listed in the 'Saved Reports' block (Screenshot 1)
  2. Select the report to delete
  3. Select the 'Delete' button, and the report will be removed from the 'Saved Reports' block and the report page will reload

The report output is displayed on the right block with the Chart and Data Options, so the user can use the available options to print, save, export data, and send an e-mail.

Print a chart

Printing a chart is quick and easy. After selecting the 'Print' button, the Print dialog box is loaded to preview, and then the user can select the 'Print' button.

Save image file

To save a chart as an image file, select the 'Save' button, and a JPEG file will be saved.

Export data

In addition, with the help of the 'Export' button, the data can be exported into Excel, CSV, or text file format. Select a file format from the 'Export table as:' drop list field and then select the 'Export' button.

Send e-mail with chart attachment

Users are allowed to send an email of the report output as a chart attachment. Select the 'E-mail' button, and the email report dialog box is loaded for the user to fill in an e-mail address, subject, and message. Once the user has completed the information on the pop-up screen, select the 'E-Mail' button, and an e-mail will be sent out with the message and chart attached as a JPEG file.
