Maintenance History

Maintenance History provides a record of all maintenance performed on an asset. This includes detailed information about each work order performed, helping you track the maintenance lifecycle, assess costs, and evaluate the performance and reliability of the asset.

Navigate to Assets > All Assets > Select an asset > Maintenance History.

The following information displays in the smart table:

  • Work order #: Unique identifier assigned to each work order

  • Clone work order: Copy the work order details and create a new one

  • Work order type: The work order billing type, such as Normal, Quote, Estimate, PPM, Comprehensive payment, and Not PPM

  • Description: Brief summary of the reported problem

  • Date reported: When the issue was reported

  • Date completed: When the work order was moved to Service complete

  • Status: Current status of the work order, such as 2nd level invoice approval

  • Service provider: Company responsible for performing the maintenance work

  • Work order cost: Total cost incurred for completing the work order

  • Include asset costs: Indicates whether the work order expenses include the cost of the asset

Show maintenance work orders on All Work Orders page

You can select work orders from the maintenance history to view on All Work Orders to see more details about them.

  1. Select the work orders you want to view on All Work Orders.

  2. Click Show Work Orders in All Work Orders on the bottom right of the page.

    All Work Orders opens, filtered to the selected work orders.

Clone work order

You can clone a work order to quickly create a new one with similar details, saving time.

  1. On Maintenance History, click the clipboard next to the work order number you want to clone.

    Create new work order opens. The details of the work order fill in automatically.

  2. Complete the remaining information, such as Compliance category, Problem type, Priority, and others.

    The assigned provider and SLAs calculate after you enter the rest of the values.

  3. Click Create WO, at the bottom right.

    The work order is cloned and Maintenance History displays.
