All Assets
From the All Assets page, you can create a new asset or use the Import button to import a CSV template to import multiple assets at once. You may also use the black bar filter and smart table filters to find an asset from all assets held at your sites.
The All Assets menu item is used to:

Add a new asset to a site

View all assets present at a particular site

View the operational status of an asset; for example working or not working

Follow the appropriate procedures below.
On the All Assets page, a list of assets for the selected site will display.

Follow the Navigate to the All Assets page procedures above.

Select the New button at the bottom-left corner of the page.
An Asset Detail form with multiple tabs will appear. The tabs are Asset Details, Warranty, Remote Monitoring, Energy, Costs, and Legacy.

Fill in the required information for the asset.
Mandatory fields are highlighted in orange. Gray fields are optional, but it is best to fill in as much information as possible to aid in work order creation later on.

Asset Type: After clicking the Search button, the Assets Type modal window opens, listing every asset type and asset manufacturer associated with the user's company. This is a required field.

Model: Refers to the model number of the asset you are trying to add.

Department: After clicking the Search button, the Department modal window opens, listing each department associated with the selected site. This is a required field.

Floor Level: This drop-down menu will populate after floor levels have been assigned to the site in the Client Admin section.

Location Details: Free text field for adding additional information about where the asset is located. This field assists the provider in locating the asset.

Verisae Tag Number: Refers to the unique bar code placed on the asset. This is a required field.

Serial #: This field refers to the company that supplies the asset. If there is no supplier, this field may remain empty.

Supplier: Refers to the supplier who supplies the asset.

Comment: Free text field allowing you to enter additional comments regarding the asset.

Status: Drop-down menu that allows you to select the status of the asset. Most assets will be set to In Service, meaning they are being used at the site.

Operational Status: Drop-down menu that allows you to select if the asset is Working or Not Working. If the field appears, it is required.

Parent/Child: Drop-down menu that allows you to select if the asset is the Parent, Child, or Not Applicable.

Installing Provider: After clicking the Search button, a Provider Chooser modal window opens to allow you to select the provider who installed the asset.

In-Service Date: Date picker which allows you to select the date the asset was installed.

Warranty Name: Free text field allowing you to enter the name of the warranty.

Warranty Description: Free text field where you may add additional information related to the warranty such as parts, labor, travel, delivery, and so forth.

Warranty Provider: After clicking the Search button, a Provider Chooser modal window opens to allow you to select the provider who holds the warranty and will carry out warranty works. This provider can be different from the Installing Provider.

Warranty Period Setting: Drop-down menu that allows you to select a Warranty Period Setting of Combined or Separate Parts and Labor.

Warranty SLA Setting: Drop-down menu that allows you to select a Warranty SLA Setting of Based on Work Order Type or Asset Type Warranty SLA. This is field is required.

Purchase Price: Free text field allowing you to enter the original purchase price of the asset.

Maintenance Threshold: Informational field, allows you to add in amount you do not want to exceed during an asset's lifetime.

Expected Asset Lifecycle: Expected length of asset's useful life, measured in years.

LOA Days: Refers to the number of days of expected life remaining. This field is automatically calculated based upon the Date Installed and Expected Asset Lifecycle.

Expected LOA Description: Free text field allowing you to enter a description of the expected life of the asset.

Latitude, Longitude, Rotation Angle: Free text fields referring to the placement of the asset on a floor plan. If your company uses floor plans, it becomes easier to place the asset directly on the plan to determine its position.

Icon Requires Placement: Drop-down menu with values of Yes or No. If your company is using floor plans and you want the asset to appear on the floor plan, you should select Yes.
