Close Work Order
Once you have captured all relevant information for an In progress, Assigned, or Service incomplete work order, complete it by closing it. You can recall work orders that have been completed if the issue returns. Alternatively, link the work order to a new one if they relate.
Depending on the rules set by your administrator, work orders might close automatically as a result of alarms and flagged conditions.
