Related Calls and Notifications

This tab on the Work Order Summary page allows you to check all calls and notifications related to the work order to ensure comprehensive tracking and communication.

Related Calls and Notifications includes:

• Date: Date the call or notification was made.

• Type: Type of call or notification, such as Inbound, Note, or Alert.

• Call/recipient: The person who made the call.

• Reason: Summarized reason for the call.

• Description/note: Additional details or notes about the call, providing further information about it.
