Bulk Update Log Notes

Change log notes for multiple work orders at once on the WO Administration page.

  1. Go to Service > WO Administration.

  2. In the Show WOs on Table list, select either All Work Orders or Outstanding WOs.

  3. In the Select action list, select Update Log Notes.

  4. Use search and filters to narrow the list of work orders.

  5. Select the work orders whose log notes you want to adjust.

  6. Select Update Log Notes at the bottom of the page.

  7. In the dialog that appears, select a new due date and time.

  8. Enter a comment explaining the change, then select Save.

    The system updates log notes for the selected work orders.
