Bulk Update SLA Due Dates

Change Service Level Agreement (SLA) due dates and times for multiple work orders at once on the WO Administration page.

  1. Go to Service > WO Administration.

  2. In the Show WOs on Table list, select either All Work Orders or Outstanding WOs.

  3. In the Select action list, select Update SLAs.

  4. Use search and filters to narrow the list of work orders.

  5. Select the work orders whose SLA due dates you want to adjust.

  6. Select Update SLAs at the bottom of the page.

  7. In the dialog that appears, select a new due date and time.

  8. Enter a comment explaining the change, then select Save.

    The system updates SLA due dates and times for the selected work orders.
