Average Work Order Value (AOV)
The Average Work Order Value (AOV) table allows users visibility of the average work order value by subcategory. This table can be exported to excel for further analysis as required.
The AOV is calculated to be a rolling average of the last years work orders and is derived for each sub-category for each client and is re-calculated on a daily basis
The following work orders are not included in the calculation:

Comprehensive WOs

PPM WOs
-
Internal WOs
-
Capex WOs
-
Quotes
-
Estimates
Not all subcategories will be shown in an extract of the table because sub-categories with no work orders are excluded
In addition to the new smart table, the client admin area has been enhanced to show AOV values to assist the user when entering default accrual amounts or simply for reference.
