Past Limit Exceeded Event
The Past Limit Exceeded Events smart table displays the Past Leak Rate Limit Exceeded Events created when the trigger rate is exceeded or when the Post Repair SIC function is not enabled for HVAC or Commercial Refrigeration.
Go to Service tab > ERM Events > Past Limit Exceeded Events.

Example of functionality in use
The Past Limit Exceeded Event screen is a smart table to display the Leak Rate Limit Exceeded Events.
The columns of this smart table are detailed below:
| Column | Description |
| Site | Displays the site number for the past leak rate limit exceeded event |
| System | Displays the system for the event |
| EPA Category | Displays the EPA system category for the event |
| Responsible Service Provider | Displays the provider who is responsible for the event |
| Date Limit Exceeded | Displays the date when the event was opened |
| Days Since Event | Displays the number of days from when the event was opened to the current date ('Days Since Event' = Current Date - 'Date Limit Exceeded') |
Configuration of functionality
This 'Past Limit Exceeded Events' smart table can be turned on for any user roles.
Other notes
The conditions for creating Leak Rate Limit Exceeded events are as follows:
- EPA Rolling Average Leak Rate > threshold value for system's category
- System full charge = 50
- Refrigerant contained in system is ozone depleting
- Event action indicated is NOT 'Leak Repaired'
- If the above conditions hold TRUE, then an 'EPA Limit Exceeded event' is opened against the mentioned system when a new 'Refrigerant Usage Event' is created
